Order processing
I am alone to working on Mystery Bougie and I only have one day a week to pour, prepare and send orders. That's why it can take 10 to 30 days (maybe longer if pre-sales).
Delivery
Orders are sent by Colissimo or tracked letter for single wax melt (La Poste). Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For international shipments, there is always a risk of customs and import taxes that may apply. These possible taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, payment is necessary for him to take possession of the package(s). I am therefore not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Exchange and refund
I do not accept refunds or order cancellations. Returns are not accepted.
If the item you received does not correspond to what you ordered, if there was an error on my part when preparing your order, a new item will be exchanged at my expense.
If you encounter any problems during delivery (lost order, stolen, etc.), I unfortunately cannot guarantee you a refund or a full reshipment, because the problem comes directly from the delivery service and I cannot be held responsible. You will have to make a claim and see depending on the response.
What if my package is returned to sender?
- If the error comes from me (typing error in the address for example), I will return the package free of charge.
- If the error comes from you, I will return the package to you without problem, but you will have to pay the shipping costs again.
- If the error comes from the post office directly, I will also resend the package to you, at no additional cost to you.
